Here is a Devon inspired illustration (my home county) and I’ve made it sunny which is a bit of an exaggeration because it’s been dull, overcast and grey! Apart from the Wimbledon Mens Final of course where we seemed to align ourselves momentarily with the glorious sunshine at SW19. I have not been feeling very proud to be British lately to be honest (since the E.U Ref) but I felt a glimmer of it return when I watched some of the Mens Wheelchair Tennis Final at Wimbledon. The Brits won, playing an amazing sport at a wonderful British Event! Well done also to Andy Murray and Heather Watson (and partner) too for their brilliant wins.
Tennis is one of my most favourite leisure pursuits EVER. I try and play one evening a week, usually a Monday which actually makes my Mondays quite cool because I know I’ll be whacking a ball later that day. Here is the logo I designed for my local club. Both my children have learnt and play here too, it is an awesome, inclusive and well run club!
